VIS/TA features:

VIS/TA is the only computerized Analog logging system of its kind on the market today.  Some of VIS/TA’s many features include:

• On-screen displays show time of day and elapsed time for each Case, as well as the recorder counter/timer.
• The VIS/TA Log is a full-featured word-processor, including Search and Replace, Spell Checker, Undo/Redo, etc. and all features are available while recording.
• The VIS/TA Log has unlimited capacity
• Highlight sections of the Log for immediate printing, copying to diskette, or copy/paste between the Log and any Windows application (such as WordPerfect, another VIS/TA Log window, etc.).
• While recording, each Hot-Key press automatically generates a Log entry containing the hot-key ID, time of day, recorder counter/timer, and user-defined text.
• Pop-up Hot-Key window displays all your assigned Hot-Keys which can be added, removed or edited at any time. Double-click on a Hot-Key field, and a formatted Log entry is immediately inserted and, optionally, the cursor positioned at the end of the line for immediate text entry.
• All speakers can be identified by the touch of a button or mouse click. 
• Real time / elapsed time / counter and date are indicated
• Log is stored in ASCII format which can be read by any word processor.         
• Notes can be added to the log for easy transcription
• Go from one case to another without stopping recording.
• Can create a spelling list of difficult words to aid transcribers
• Log can be searched by word, time or tape counter
• Create summaries for witness, exhibits, minutes, etc.
• Create your own custom reports using "Quick-Doc"
• Elapsed time for each case and total elapsed time for the session can be printed
• Storing / printing can be done in one location
• Can be networked (share data among all VIS/TA users)
